About
Watchtower is an internal tool designed for FBI agents to manage case files, track document usage, and coordinate across teams. The product needed to handle sensitive workflows while remaining fast and intuitive under pressure.
We carefully go through every stage of work — from research to testing — to create a product with the optimal combination of functionality and aesthetics. The result is a platform that feels purposeful: dark, focused, and efficient.
Challenge
FBI agents work across multiple systems — documents, credits, inspections, accounts. The challenge was to unify these into a single coherent experience without losing the depth required by power users.
The design introduces a clear hierarchy: quick access to active cases, a document tracking layer, and administrative controls — all behind a dark-themed interface optimized for long work sessions.
